D + C = Mannan Design-Build

As the name suggests under this engagement we take responsibility to design and build the project thus enabling substantial advantages in terms of time as compared to the traditional design-bid-build process. Our management expertise allows us to manage our packages of design and construction but work in partnership with your representative or agent - responsible for project management. C + M = Mannan Construction Management

A combination of our construction and management services, the Mannan Construction Management engagement would suit you if you have a designer on board and are at the stage of planning and design of the project, looking for efficient execution and management of the construction process.

D + M = Mannan Design Management

A combination of our core design and management services, this engagement provides world class design and site supervision services to support your appointed general contractor with technical, management and supervisory expertise.

D + C + M = Mannan Turnkey Management

Under Mannan Turnkey Management we take complete responsibility for the design, construction and management of the project as well as liaison with governmental ministries and planning departments. This approach is very similar to Mannan Design-Build described above. In this case, however, we attain the relevant regulatory approvals, employ necessary consultants, and client approved procurement means. Throughout the project life cycle, we work in close partnership with clients providing continual advice and support, creating the desired design and efficiently managing the construction process and program. This approach allows us to be the single point of contact for our clients which has its advantages and results in substantial savings.
